- Quality 25mm/0.98″ steel tube with 2mm wall thickness – any low quality steel tubing BELOW THESE SPECS will be crushed when your 450lbs bikes crashes into the ground. Our crash bars will take the beat!
- Less is often more. We didn’t try to cover the whole entire bike with crash bars that look like a cobweb. The Triumph Tiger 800 models have very few tough mounting points, thus it makes more sense to create one solid and compact crash bar that stays close to the few mounting points instead of being far spread out that results in an overly flexible and “soft” structure. It will do more damage to your Tiger 800! Our compact and tough crash bars are the only way to go here to truly protect your Triumph’s expensive and fragile parts.

The crash bars are extremely high quality, thick, and provide a ton of coverage. Have thankfully not crash-tested them. I’m a rookie mechanic and while it did take some sweat, I was able to install the crash bars without assistance. Really nice bars and they look fantastic on my 2012 Tiger roadie.
One thing to pay attention to – the bars are slightly more than 1” in diameter, so if you’re planning on mounting aux lights they may not fit on the bars. The Baja designs lights I got wouldn’t quite mount to the bars and had to be relocated, and I feel like a lot of lights are designed to mount to 1” max bars. Not really an issue, just something to keep in mind.

I was looking for crash bars for my 2017 XRx, while I looked at all the major players I just couldn’t decide, then I found OM. They seemed like the obvious choice. Great price point for the quality, and I liked the way they looked on the bike. I installed them the day after I got them, pretty straight forward and very easy just take your time and follow the instructions. There are not a lot of pics online, so thought I’d add a few. If you purchase a set you will not be disappointed.

Far more stout than stock and others I looked at. They look great. Minus one star due to the fact that I got the skid plate as well – do not tighten anything until you have everything you are replacing into place! Had to loosen the crashbars back up to get the skidplate on. So, more clarity needed in the instructions. I thought the crashbars would have gone up a bit higher on the sides, but I’m not seeing a real issue with that (at least not yet). Definitely recommend and will actually be picking up another one for my wife’s bike.

Communication was good from the beginning. The product quality and build were much better with larger tubing and thicker walls than previous bars. After installation, there has been no vibration at all. I will definitely buy from your company again.
