Let's begin with the most important thing: our focus was to add as little weight as possible to the Tenere 700! In order to achieve this we utilized four, frame-only mounting points to spread the impact evenly, should there be a crash. Thanks to the four mounting points each side, we could utilize 22mm diameter tubing.

Important note: Confirmed to be compatible with the factory equipped Yamaha skid plate, SW-Motech, ACD Racing and Camel ADV. We'll update this note as soon as we learn of other compatible aftermarket skid plates.

Yamaha Tenere 700 Pannier Racks
Compatible with our Rear Rack Combo.
We offer both Standard and X-Frame pannier racks. The X-Frame for the Yamaha Tenere 700 are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet. The sliding 'X' plate design allows a 1 gallon fuel canister (watch video) or our tool box to be installed on the inner side. The X-shaped plates included with the X-Frame pannier racks are black by default.
Total width of the symmetrical pannier racks: 61cm.
– We offer asymmetrical (narrower profile) pannier racks.

The ultimate protection combo for Yamaha Tenere 700 features armour from top to bottom. The best part is that it’s the only manufacturer drop tested protection combo in the world!
In this package upper and lower crash bars are included as well as skid plate. Crash bars offer protection for the plastic fairing and the radiator. The skid plate features elements to create an armour for the exhaust header, oil filter, side stand sensor and the rear suspension linkage.

One of the biggest advantages of our crash bars system for Yamaha XT1200Z Super Tenere is the all around 27mm diameter tubing that rests on 5mm thick steel mounting tabs (three on each side!) and offers reliable protection for fairing, radiator and other parts of the engine.

The Adventure Moto/Outback Motortek X-Frames for the Yamaha XT1200Z Super Tenere are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of Rotopax, hard panniers and soft luggage.
New for 2019: we’re now offering standard pannier racks. The difference between our standard pannier racks and the X-Frames is that the standard frames don’t feature RotoPax mounts and tabs welded on all four corners.

We're introducing you our torture tested, full protection combo for Yamaha XT1200Z Super Tenere.
This combo package includes a set of sturdy crash bars, which features four mountings points on each side. Our skid plate is wider than the engine to offer full protection for the exposed clutch and stator covers as well as the exhaust headers.

We built our skid plate to meet the most demanding conditions and to prove that our first and longest 2500km test ride took place in the rugged backcountry of NSW, Australia.
